For the eight mornings leading up to the Lion’s Gate Portal on 8/8, we’ll gather for 31 minutes of Long Ek Ong Kar. Long Ek Ong Kar is one of the great mantras for initiation. Through its eight sacred sounds, each of the eight chakras is unlocked like a key that opens like a temple door and the dormant Kundalini begins to move through the centers. What was blocked begins to flow again and what was stuck begins to gain momentum.
In this deep meditation, it brings us into the very core of our being so we can release in deep meditation the old stories and reveal who we are deep down: radiant, instinctive, sovereign, and whole.
