Our Meditations + Practice for the Month
Our daily meditation practice is one of the key components of BENSHEN. Every morning we go live for meditation inside the BENSHEN membership. The magic is in the accountability and community—showing up together, starting the day on purpose and with intention.
Even if you’re in another time zone or can’t make it live, the replay carries the same power. You still get the structure, the energy, and the reminder to pause, ground, breathe, and begin again. Live or on replay, the practice keeps you consistent, grounded, and moving forward. That’s where powerful transformation comes from.
Here is our practice for January:
SWAN KRIYA ( 3 mins) - A devotional warmup designed to soothe the nervous system, support hormonal balance, and restore the body’s natural rhythm. As the spine undulates, the body releases excess tension and settles into a felt sense of grace, stability, and embodied beauty.
SA TA NA MA: MEDITATION FOR EMBODIED PRESENCE (11 mins) - A deep, grounding and potent meditation that works directly on the subconscious mind, the nervous system, and the energetic architecture of the self. This meditation uses the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma, the Panj Shabad, chanted in rhythm, to interrupt habitual thought patterns and restore inner coherence. Practiced consistently, it helps to clear mental fog, softens anxiety, and supports hormonal balance by calming the stress response and harmonizing the brain’s hemispheres. It is especially potent for releasing mental loops, emotional fatigue, or a sense of energetic overstimulation. This is a meditation of embodied clarity and presence. As the mantra moves through you, the body and mind settle into a newfound sense of ease, depth and inner power that radiates from within.
