Our Meditations + Practice for the Month
Our daily meditation practice is one of the key components of BENSHEN. Every morning we go live for meditation inside the BENSHEN membership. The magic is in the accountability and community—showing up together, starting the day on purpose and with intention.
Even if you’re in another time zone or can’t make it live, the replay carries the same power. You still get the structure, the energy, and the reminder to pause, ground, breathe, and begin again. Live or on replay, the practice keeps you consistent, grounded, and moving forward. That’s where powerful transformation comes from.
Here is our practice for January:
WARM UP (3 mins) - Sufi grinds + breath-work to open the physical body and energetic bodies to receive the benefits of the practice and align yourself for the day.
MEDITATION TO REBUILD YOURSELF (11 mins)- January arrives with Capricorn season — the Great Architect, the Mountain Queen, the woman who understands that true expansion is only possible when the foundations are strong. This month, we invite you not to rush into prosperity and change but to consolidate your energy, rebuild your structures, and fortify your inner terrain so that what you call in can actually be received, held, sustained and enjoyed.
Prosperity and expansion require a body and nervous system supple enough to receive pleasure and strong enough to hold power. This month’s meditation, Meditation to Rebuild Yourself, draws scattered energy home to the center, refining the inner architecture that governs clarity, resilience, and self-command. It helps you to build your power and energy from within so you have the inner-strength to make the changes you desire. This is the work of the Initiated Woman — shaping the inner vessel so that growth is not chaotic, but grounded, sustained, and richly embodied.
